Texas Ten Commandments Law Faces Federal Court Challenge

A federal judge in San Antonio will decide whether to put the law on hold before it takes effect on September 1st. The lawsuit, filed by the ACLU of Texas and other advocacy groups representing families of diverse religious and non-religious backgrounds, argues the law violates the First Amendment.
