2 others arrested after re-capturing escaped Grimes County inmate

Nearly a day after a Grimes County inmate escaped from Cypress Creek Behavioral Hospital, officials confirmed his recapture. Two other men, Harris Co. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said, Michael Garrett and Carl Banks, were also taken into custody and charged with Hindering Apprehension, but the latter was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
