Police investigate shooting of man on scooter in southeast Houston

A man riding a scooter was shot by a car full of people in southeast Houston around 8 p.m. near Drew and Callie Streets. After seeking help at a nearby liquor store, a customer shot the victim again. Authorities are unsure of the motive and are searching for a white or silver Dodge Charger.
