Anahuac wildlife refuge renamed in honor of Jocelyn Nungaray

A Texas wildlife refuge now bears the name of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was brutally murdered in Houston last year. President Donald Trump signed an executive order renaming the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in her honor.
